Welcome to our store! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

• Users must pay the amount in advance to our accounts, which will be provided upon order submission.
• Cash on delivery is only available for orders exceeding 3400 PKR.
• For orders below 3400 PKR, payment must be made in advance.
• Contact only the number provided by us; do not reach out to any other numbers.
• Users can order multiple items one by one. If an item is ordered, any subsequent order must be placed within 4 hours; otherwise, it will be considered a new order.
• Any order placed after 12 AM will also be treated as a new order.
• Users can return items within 1 day of receiving them, provided they are packed well. Damaged items cannot be returned.
• To return an item, contact us via the provided phone number or email.
• Important notices will be announced on our website or social media accounts.
• Users can cancel any order within 4 hours of placing it.
• If a user does not attend the call of the delivery rider or refuses to receive the parcel, their phone number will be blocked from our store.
• We offer free delivery; users are not allowed to bargain with our team.
• If users wish to pick up their package from our office, a discount of 200 PKR will be applied to their order.
